Elegant Dining from the Heart: Signature Restaurants at Anantara Siam Bangkok Mark Valentine's Day with Indulgent experiences

At Biscotti, sweethearts will be dining on decadent Maine lobster with Stracciatella and octopus with toasted barley, then segue to refined black ink tagliolini pasta with baby squid and grilled "Tagliata" wagyu steak - an exquisite experience rounded up with a classic chocolate torte with lychee, flourless chocolate biscuit and cherry blossom sauce.

Madison chefs, meanwhile, will be taking care of meat lovers with a protein-rich menu featuring a selection of such premium starters as red wine foie gras, delicate slivers of red shrimp carpaccio, and gratinated scallops with caviar. Succulent main courses will include pan-seared red snapper with seafood cream and beef tournedos made with Australian Black Angus tenderloin. A palate-cleansing raspberry and vodka sorbet will be followed by a rich chocolate torte.

Keeping things light and aromatic, Shintaro will open its Valentine's Day set with silky cream cheese tofu and other appetizers, followed by premium sashimi, abalone soup, Hokkaido scallop tempura and two mains - miso-marinated Chilean black cod and Kagoshima A4 Wagyu steak. After a refreshing a sweet treat of strawberry nama chocolate with rose sauce will complete the perfectly choreographed dinner.

For a traditional sharing-style meal of Thai favourites, the Spice Market team has put together an all-encompassing menu bursting with flavour. From pork satay and blue crab meat in betel leaf to fried minced duck with chilli and sea bass with green mango, the delectable Valentine's Day selection is guaranteed to pull at every heartstring. For an a la carte experience centred on Peruvian flavours, couples can head to Guilty where Chef Carlos Rodriguez will be serving up guilty bites ranging from ceviche and fresh salads to charcoal-grilled meats, seafood and fish. The playful 'I Love You Berry Much' dessert will have cake lovers scraping their plates clean.

Couples can also celebrate with 'The House of Eternity' - a love-centric afternoon tea experience curated in partnership with Pandora jewellery and featuring digital art by Tossapon (Prince) Kongpipattanakarn. On the menu are blossom macarons, rose and lychee choux and raspberry coconut torte, red ruby chocolate fondue, house-smoked duck breast in a pink bun with fig jam, quince and blue crab quiche, and other delights. The signature dessert - the Heart Key Lock - is an ode to romance rendered in dark chocolate, lychee and almond biscuits and inspired by Pandora's delicate new charm.

Taking place on 14 February 2023, Valentine's Day set dinners at Biscotti, Madison, Shintaro are priced at THB 4,990++ for two people, while the Spice Market experience is THB 3,990++ with an optional wine pairing available at THB 3,180++ per couple. The House of Eternity Afternoon Tea is available daily from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm in the Lobby Lounge and is priced at THB 1,950++ for two guests including tea and coffee.
