PEPSI STIRS THINGS UP; BRINGS PEPSI MEET COFFEE

"DARE FOR MORE" CONCEPT GETS EVEN MORE EXCITING WITH LATEST INNOVATION "PEPSI LATTE"

Pepsi, once again, brings the 'Dare for More' concept to an even higher level by creating a new and exciting stir among coffee lovers. Coming up with the latest innovative flavor Pepsi Latte, the flavored soft drink market leader aims to offer consumers an original taste that is definitely different from all others. This new product combines the cool and refreshing taste of Pepsi with the irresistible aroma of coffee that many people love.

According to Mr. Charlie Jitcharoongphorn, Marketing Director of Pepsi-Cola (Thai) Trading Co., Ltd., "Pepsi definitely wants to reinforce our 'Dare For More' concept through cool innovations that would match our consumers' lifestyle. And what better way to launch our latest cool innovation Pepsi Latte, which brings together the cool freshness of Pepsi and the simply irresistible, sweet smell of coffee. This will surely become a big hit among consumers who always dare to try new and exciting flavors."

Mr. Charlie added that "Pepsi continuously learns more about our consumers. This is in line with our objective of always creating something new for them, something that they will truly appreciate. From our consumer survey, we found out that while young adults still love the unique refreshing taste of Pepsi, they also want to try new drinks that would show and represent their individual tastes and styles, like coffee for instance. So, we decided to stir things up, so to speak, by creating a drink that brings out the freshness of Pepsi and, at the same time, the sweet tempting aroma of coffee. And this is how we were able to come up with the new and stylish innovation the Pepsi Latte a new and exciting flavor that our consumers, especially coffee lovers, will surely enjoy."

Mr. Dhitivute Bulsook, Marketing Director of Serm Suk Public Company Limited, exclusive bottler of Pepsi, Mirinda and 7-Up in Thailand, said that "Pepsi wants our consumers to always enjoy life to the fullest. This is the reason why we constantly come up with new and exciting flavors like Pepsi Twist, Pepsi Blue, Pepsi Fire, Pepsi Ice, and now the Pepsi Latte, to add more thrill and excitement to the cola market and to the people in general. When we tested this product, 73 % of those who tasted it were very much satisfied with the taste and said that they would definitely buy it again and again once it is out in the market."
