FREEPEOPLE Solo Exhibition by Pom Jitpratuk

The Gallery at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G is delighted to present its latest art exhibition, "FREEPEOPLE" by Pom Jitpratuk. The exhibition will be on show from 11th November 2016 until 15th January 2017 at The Gallery on the 36th floor.
"FREEPEOPLE" is a solo exhibition of latest artworks by Pom Jitpratuk. Pom is a talented artist and graphic designer who graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from the renowned Central Saint Martin College of Art and Design in London. Pom currently lives and works in Bangkok and his works have been exhibited throughout The collection on show at The Gallery features ten artworks using ink on paper techniques.
"FREEPEOPLE" was inspired by artist's everyday life since his childhood until the present, through reading, seeing, feeling and sensing. His bizarre illustrative drawings tell a story from his life and depict it in an organic and inorganic form. All living and non-living components are placed together, such as a group of people standing in the street, with every drawing serialized. The colourful yet serious sentiments are presented as fanciful and whimsical illustrations which can be enjoyed by viewers from all backgrounds. The audience is free to interpret stories and conversation behind the images as they wish.
