Department of Intellectual Property held the destruction of confiscated, pirated copyright and counterfeit trademark products worth 216 million baht event.

Mr. Nattawut Saikuar, Deputy Minister of Commerce recently presided over the destruction ceremony of 94,120 confiscated, pirated and counterfeit products worth more than 216 million Baht (7.2 million USD) at Phuket Municipality Incineration Plant. The ceremony is held by Department of Intellectual Property in collaboration with Royal Thai Police, Thai Customs Department and Department of Special Investigation.
